Off-Ball Fouls
10:02 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Courtney Kirkland to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Heat’s Rodney McGruder took place prior to the Pacers CJ Miles releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that McGruder committed the off-ball foul before Miles released his inbounds pass.
