Off-Ball Fouls
11:32 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Scott Twardoski to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Cavaliers JR Smith took place prior to the Jazz’s Trey Lyles starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Smith committed the off-ball foul after Lyles started his shooting motion. Lyles 3pt field goal was then scored.
