Shot Clock Violation
6:38 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kane Fitzgerald to determine whether or not the foul committed by the Bulls Michael Carter-Williams took place prior to time expiring on the shot clock. After review it was determined that Carter-Williams committed the foul before time expired on the shot clock and that the Jazz's George Hill was attempting a 3pt field goal when fouled.
