8:07 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Bill Spooner communicated with the Replay Center after a potential player altercation. After review the Celtics Terry Rozier and the Wizards Brandon Jennings were assessed a double technical foul. Jennings was also assessed a common defensive foul.
