Off-Ball Fouls
6:11 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Eric Dalen to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the Celtics Isaiah Thomas took place prior to the Wizards Otto Porter Jr. starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Thomas committed the off-ball foul after Porter Jr. started his upward shooting motion.
