4:50 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Matt Boland to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Nets Caris LaVert took place prior to the Suns Devin Booker starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that LaVert committed the off-ball foul before Booker started his shooting motion.
