Off-Ball Fouls
1:05 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Celtics Marcus Smart took place prior to the Suns Devin Booker starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Smart committed the foul before Booker started his shooting motion.
