Flagrant Fouls

11:40 2^nd Quarter – Referees Ron Garretson, Violet Palmer, and Gary Zielinksi communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Steve Blake was called for a foul. The referees ruled that Blake’s foul did not meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Blake was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
