8:40 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center Tyler Ford official to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Wizards Jason Smith took place prior to the Cavaliers JR Smith starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Jason Smith committed the foul before JR Smith started his shooting motion.
