00:12.4 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Mark Ayotte to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Raptors Patrick Patterson took place prior to the Magic’s Mario Hezonja starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Patterson committed the off-ball foul before Hezonja started his upward shooting motion.
