Flagrant Fouls

10:01 4^th Quarter-The crew chief Zach Zarba communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Isaiah Thomas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Thomas was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
