Off-Ball Fouls
4:13 2nd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official James Williams to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Jazz’s Gordon Hayward took place prior to the Spurs Bryn Forbes releasing his inbounds pass. After review it was determined that Hayward committed the off-ball foul before Forbes released his pass. Hayward was then assessed an away from the play foul.
