4:19 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kevin Scott to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Knicks Carmelo Anthony took place prior to the Wizards Otto Porter Jr. starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Anthony committed the off-ball foul before Porter Jr. started his shooting motion.
