Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
8:54 3rd Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Sean Corbin, and Scott Twardoski communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Spurs Marco Belinelli was called for a foul. After review, the referees ruled that the foul did meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Belinelli was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
