Flagrant Fouls
00:49 2nd Quarter – Referees Tony Brothers, Mark Ayotte, and Curtis Blair communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas was called for a foul. After review, the referees ruled that the foul did meet the criteria for a flagrant foul and Valanciunas was assessed a flagrant foul 1 as the foul penalty.
