3:37 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official John Goble to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Nuggets Nikola Jokic took place prior to the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Jokic committed the off-ball foul before Westbrook started his shooting motion.
