4:31 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Ken Mauer communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Warriors David West met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review West was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty. The Trail Blazers Evan Turner was assessed a technical foul on the play as well.
