Flagrant Fouls

3:53 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Mike Callahan communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Grizzlies Vince Carter met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Carter was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
