Off-Ball Fouls
10:01 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kane Fitzgerald to determine whether or not the off-ball foul committed by the Celtics Marcus Smart took place prior to the Wizards Kelly Oubre Jr. starting his upward shooting. After review it was determined that Smart committed the off-ball foul before Oubre Jr. started his shooting motion.
