Flagrant Fouls
9:12 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Monty McCutchen communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Celtics Kelly Olynyk met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Olynyk was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty. The Wizards Kelly Oubre Jr. was assessed a flagrant foul type 2 for the unnecessary and excessive contact he made with Olynyk after the whistle.
