Off-Ball Fouls
8:04 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Josh Tiven to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Raptors Norman Powell took place prior to the Cavaliers Kyle Korver starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Powell committed the off-ball foul before Korver started his shooting motion. Korver’s field goal was then negated.
