Restricted Area

1:25 4^th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Sean Wright to determine whether or not the Celtics Marcus Smart was in the restricted area after he was called for a blocking foul against the Wizards John Wall. After review the call was overturned to an offensive foul on Wall as Smart was ruled to be outside of the restricted area and in legal guarding position.
