Flagrant Fouls
10:28 1st Quarter-The crew chief James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Westbrook was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
