Flagrant Fouls
1:55 2nd Quarter-The crew chief Ed Malloy communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Heat’s Hassan Whiteside met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Whiteside was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
