Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
1:08 Overtime – Referees Marc Davis, Steve Anderson, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Lillard’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Lillard was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
