23.2 Overtime – Referees Marc Davis, Steve Anderson, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Raptors Greivis Vasquez was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Vasquez’s foul did meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Vasquez was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
