Off-Ball Fouls
2:16 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tony Brothers to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Heat’s Bam Adebayo took place prior to the Timberwolves Karl-Anthony Towns starting his upward shooting motion. After review it was determined that Adebayo committed the off-ball foul before Towns started his upward motion.
