Off-Ball Fouls
6:37 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Aaron Smith to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Raptors Norman Powell took place prior to the Jazz’s Donovan Mitchell releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Powell committed the foul before Mitchell released his inbound pass. Powell was then assessed an away from the play foul.
