00:19.2 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tom Washington to determine whether or not the Raptors Serge Ibaka committed a defensive goaltending violation. Initially the referees on the floor ruled that Ibaka did commit a violation and after review the call was confirmed.
