4:06 4th Quarter – Referees Zach Zarba, Derek Richardson, and Scott Wall communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Suns Isaiah Thomas was called for a foul. After review the referees ruled that Thomas’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Thomas was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
