Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

9:48 1^st Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Curtis Blair, and Kevin Scott communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Heat’s Mario Chalmers was called for a foul.  After the review Chalmers was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
