Off-Ball Fouls
1:11 2nd Quarter-Referees Scott Foster, Curtis Blair, and Matt Boland communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the 76ers Tony Wroten took place prior to the Bucks inbounding the ball. Initially Wroten’s foul was ruled to have been committed before the ball was inbounded and after the review the call was upheld.
