Off-Ball Fouls
End of 1st Quarter-Referees Ken Mauer, Nick Buchert, and Tre Maddox communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the last second foul committed by the Mavericks Devin Harris took place prior to time expiring in the quarter. Initially Harris was ruled to have committed the foul before time expired in the quarter, however after the review the call was overturned and Harris’ foul was negated.
