Flagrant Fouls

3:35 4^th Quarter-Referees James Capers, Steve Anderson, and Brian Forte communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Rockets Dwight Howard was called for a foul.  After the review Howard was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
