Flagrant Fouls

4:57 3^rd Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Mitchell Ervin, and Kane Fitzgerald communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Pelicans Tyreke Evans was called for a foul.  After the review Evans was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
