Off-Ball Fouls
1:55 3rd Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tre Maddox to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Trail Blazers Ed Davis took place prior to his teammate Maurice Harkless releasing his field goal attempt. After review it was determined that Davis committed the foul after Harkless released his field goal attempt.
