6:47 3rd Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Cavs’ Isaiah Thomas met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review it was determined that Thomas would be assessed a flagrant foul penalty 2. Replay Center official James Williams assisted on the call.
