00:11 4th Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Scott Wall to determine whether or not the Hawks Malcolm Delaney was in the restricted area as well as in legal guarding position after he was called for a blocking foul. After review the blocking foul on Delaney was confirmed as he was not in legal guarding position.
