Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul

4:40 4^th Quarter-Referees Joe Crawford, Derrick Collins, and Leroy Richardson communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Trail Blazers Damian Lillard was called for a foul.  After the review Lillard was assessed a clear path foul as the foul penalty.
