Flagrant Fouls

1:11 1^st Quarter-Referees Bill Kennedy, Mark Ayotte, and James Williams communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Hawks Al Horford was called for a foul.  After the review Horford was assessed a common foul not a flagrant foul.
