1:46 2^nd Quarter-The crew chief Rodney Mott communicated with the Replay Center after a player altercation. After review a loose ball foul was assessed to the Raptors Jonas Valanciunas and a double technical foul was also assessed to Valanciunas and the Lakers Julius Randle.
