Flagrant Fouls

10:36 3^rd Quarter-The crew chief Tony Brothers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Westbrook was assessed a flagrant foul type 1 as the foul penalty.
