2:35 4^th Quarter – The crew communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Bulls’ Bobby Portis met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Portis was assessed a flagrant foul penalty 2. Replay Center official Justin Van Duyne assisted on the call.
