37.6 1st Quarter – The crew communicated with Replay Center official Kane Fitzgerald to determine if the shooter was in the upwards motion at the time of the foul committed by the Pelicans’ Rajon Rondo. After review it was determined that the shooter was in the upwards shooting motion. Additionally the foul committed by Rondo was upgraded to a Flagrant Foul penalty 1.
