Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
2:16 2nd Quarter – Referees Tom Washington, David Guthrie, and Marat Kogut communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Rockets Dwight Howard was called for a foul. After review the referees determined that Howard’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Howard was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
