Flagrant Fouls

9:40 4^th Quarter-The crew chief James Capers communicated with the Replay Center to determine if the foul committed by the Hornets Michael Carter-Williams met the criteria for a flagrant foul. After review Carter-Williams was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
