Flagrant Fouls

1:28 2^nd Quarter-Referees Scott Foster, Karl Lane, and Eric Lewis communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Suns Marcus Morris was called for a foul.  After the review Morris was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
