00:26.7 4th Quarter-Referees Scott Foster, Karl Lane, and Eric Lewis communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Cavaliers JR Smith was called for a foul. After the review Smith was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty not a flagrant foul.
