Clear-Path-To-The Basket-Foul
4:14 2nd Quarter – Referees Tom Washington, Curtis Blair, and David Guthrie communicated with the Replay Center to determine the penalty after the Celtics Marcus Smart was called for a foul. After review the referees determined that Smart’s foul did not meet the criteria for a clear path foul and Smart was assessed a common foul as the foul penalty.
