Off-Ball Fouls
00:12.8 1st Quarter-The crew communicated with Replay Center official Tyler Ford to determine if the off-ball foul committed by the Clippers Sindarius Thornwell took place prior to the Bulls Cameron Payne releasing his inbound pass. After review it was determined that Thornwell committed the off-ball foul before Payne released his inbound pass. Thornwell was then assessed an away from the play foul.
